A successful book launch was coordinated with Dia de los Ninos, Dia de los Libros, sponsored by the American Library Association at Centennial School in San Luis, CO on April 28, 2011.

UPCOMING EVENT:

Hacienda de los Martinez History Museum, Taos NM - Jan. 20-June 4
Milagro of the Spanish Bean Pot book signing and exhibit. The exhibit will feature 15 water color illustrations by Randy Pijoan and bean pots made by local potters.

CCIRA (Colorado Council of the International Reading Association) presentation for 2012 Conference on Literacy - February 1-4, Denver Marriot Tech Center

UPDATE ON AWARDS:

Milagro of the Spanish Bean Pot is a finalist for the New Mexico Children's Book Award. Awards Ceremony will be held on November 18 in Albuquerque.
